We are excited to announce that we are now an official HYROX Training Club!
As a Training Club we will offer HYROX Training and have access to early bird HYROX Race tickets for you.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is the ultimate training in functional fitness. It is accessible, fun, engaging, challenging, and gets you in great shape, while training with a purpose. It can translates the HYROX Race fundamentals into a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to performance fitness. With the HYROX Races as the ultimate fitness challenge, you can test your fitness and compete in a healthy environment against yourself and other athletes in a measurable Race with global rankings.
If you’re looking for preparation to get “race-ready” or just want to get fit and healthy, HYROX Training will get you there. If you’re familiar (or unfamiliar) with our MVMT (formerly CrossFit) classes, we describe HYROX as a less intimidating, more accessible class experience - 60 min class without a barbell and no advanced gymnastics or skill work.

Our HYROX Training Club welcomes you with open arms!
Here, all kinds of people come together to work towards one common goal, get in shape and feel good. The HYROX Training Club at LifeTime is more than just a training facility, it’s your space to find like-minded people, support each other, and have fun while working hard.
Our HYROX Group Classes include high intensity functional fitness and are a fun, engaging, and challenging way to get all-round fit, but they are just the beginning of the journey. The HYROX Races are the ultimate challenge to test your fitness and compete against athletes around the world. HYROX is the Sport of Fitness Racing accessible for Every Body and it all starts in the HYROX Training Club.
The Workouts
Workouts will be posted here every week. We will be providing 7 days of programming every week. We’d love for you to join a class but if you need to workout on your own, our programming will have you covered. Each workout will include a warmup and workout that can be completed in 45-55 min.
RPE Scale
RATE of PERCEIVED EXERTION (RPE) is used to measure how hard your body works during physical activity.
It runs from 0 – 10, using numbers to rate how much effort an activity takes.
This scale is completely subjective and unique to YOU and YOUR BODY. This will start to evolve as your fitness level increases. Click here to see the scale.
HYROX Movement Library
The extensive movement library will help you understand how to safely and properly execute movements that are prescribed in the workouts. All movements in a daily workout can be modified for your level and our professional coaches will help you scale anything you don’t feel comfortable with. Click here to see the library.
