HOW TO START?
MVMT classes are included for FREE with your membership. No prerequisites. No minimum fitness level required. Just show up to class. We do offer an optional 1-on-1 Foundations Course that can help you get started.
WHAT IS MVMT?
MVMT is a 60 min fitness class built for everyone, all abilities & all ages, with the goal of preparing you for anything & everything. Join a community of motivated individuals, build a strong body, live a better life and makes some new friends.
WHAT DOES A CLASS INCLUDE?
A comprehensive warmup to prepare you for the exercises to come. Strength training & skill work to challenge your muscles and learn new and correct movement patterns. A conditioning workout to push you physically & mentally within a safe & supportive community.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy. New skills, new movements, new weaknesses, new strengths. How to move correctly and build strength & coordination in a safe and controlled environment.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Anyone and everyone. Any age, any fitness level. Any injuries or movement inabilities will be addressed by your coach to help you get the most out of your class. The best way to get in shape for this class is to attend these classes!
