This Women’s Only 6-week Barbell Club is a supportive, small-group strength program designed to teach proper barbell technique while building confidence, strength, and community. Over the course of the 6 weeks participants will learn foundational lifts (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Shoulder Press), improve mobility and stability, and progress safely with expert coaching and individualized guidance. The “Women’s Only” environment is welcoming and encouraging- perfect for beginners or those returning to a barbell training regimen who want to feel strong, capable, and empowered.
