Saturday Teams: The Workout Nobody Skips

Every Saturday at 307, members team up in threes for one big shared workout. Coaches program a longer team effort where the work is shared, so everyone can scale the movements and the load to their level while still contributing to the team. Nobody works alone, and nobody is left waiting on the sidelines.

Attendance never dips, because Saturday feels different from the rest of the week. It is the session members plan around, the one they bring friends to, and the one they talk about afterward. The team format takes the pressure off individual scores and puts the focus on working together, which makes the hard parts feel lighter.

Then comes coffee. After the workout, members stick around, grab coffee, and catch up before heading into the weekend. That simple ritual is what turned a class into the social anchor of the 307 week — a place to train hard, then stay a while.
